Job Scope:
Responsible for all products developed for a specific customer or a specific type of product.

Provides technical support to the PD Manager. Accountable to the PD Manager on matters, items and accessories needed by Production and Purchasing depts for items under his responsibility.
For any technical-related concerns of Production and Purchasing Departments, Project Specialists can coordinate with other departments however, Project Specialists needs to inform PD Manager on proposed items for production and accessories which is still subject for verification and approval by the PD Manager.
Receives information from AM for their respective buyer’s requirements. Coordinates with AM in order to have an overall understanding of buyer’s requirements.
Make sure the accuracy of approved carvings, samples, fiber patterns
Responsible in the implementation of the project by providing drawing for buyers’ approval, oversees pattern-making, mold-making and sample-making with the assistance of the Coordination Manager.
Provides full-size drawing to the Coordination Manager for pattern making. Where products are first drawn and drawings approved, the Project Specialist can also be the designer.
Informs the Coordination Manager as to the timeline of each project and provides full information of buyer’s requirements of projects under his responsibility.
Together with the Coordination Manager, Project Specialists must inform the PD Manager and Account Management team as to the status of the developed items under his responsibility.
For new items, Project Specialists have to provide information to AM department as to the item’s Nominal Weight, Product Dimensions, Packaging Dimensions, Package Weight and other pertinent details needed for buyer’s information.
Provides the new item’s Nominal Weight, Product Dimensions, Packaging Dimensions, Package Weight and other pertinent details to the Coordination Manager and the Cost Analyst for costing purposes which the Cost Analyst is tasked to do.
Tasked to inform AM in case there are changes in the product, finishing and packaging specifications in order for AM to properly inform buyers of improvements made for the product.
